Bringing together a team of clinical experts and professionals in the field of ageing, our collaborators have created the Ageing Well masterclasses series.
With experts from CatholicCare Sydney, Catholic Healthcare, Grief Care, Australian Catholic Super and NSW Trustee & Guardian, the Ageing Well masterclasses cover everything from staying connected to community, diet and exercise; to why mental health matters as we age.
The Ageing Well masterclasses are designed to help you navigate some of the issues around ageing, provide practical advice and support along with information about the services available to you.
Our masterclasses are delivered online via a webinar system that will mean you can join in easily from home. Masterclasses will be held weekly starting 10 am, 7 September 2021.
Registering is easy, simply complete the registration form and we’ll send you the link to the online sessions. Don’t worry, we’ll send you a reminder each week about the next upcoming masterclass.
