Mention My Name Memorial Service

A Remembrance Service for those who have died by suicide or misadventure.
The grief that follows a death by suicide is often carried in silence, shaped by sorrow, stigma, and the fear of misunderstanding or judgement. Our annual Mention My Name Service at St Mary’s Cathedral offers a compassionate space to gather in prayer, remember loved ones, and find comfort in the presence of others who understand.
We warmly invite you and your parish community to join us. Following the service, the Grief Care team will be available to offer compassionate support and a gentle opportunity for conversation to anyone who may need it.
