Are you navigating loss or change? You don’t have to do it alone.

Grief Sharing Circles offer a compassionate environment where individuals can come together to share their experiences of grief in a supportive, nonjudgmental setting.
Whether your loss is recent or from years ago, all forms of grief are welcome.
